ShelbyNext offers Pilgrim Rest a ministry-focused, cloud-based church management software that Pilgrim Rest uses to manage its membership information.
Please follow the steps below so that we have accurate information to improve our communication options.
Option 1: Click on “Member Portal” in the PRBCMobile App
Option 2: Download ShelbyNext Membership.
When you first launch the app, enter PRBCLansing.shelbynextchms.com as the domain name.
Log in to your membership record from your smartphone.
If you are a first-time visitor/user, enter your email address and click on Forgot Password. You should then receive an email with your username and a temporary password. Please pay close attention to your username as it is listed in the email as it may change from your actual email address.
Log in to your membership record from your computer.
Go to http://PRBCLansing.shelbynextchms.com. Enter your email address and click Password to set up an account if you don’t already have one. (If you set up an account through your phone, then the user name and password are the same on the computer.) You will receive an email with your username and temporary password. Please pay close attention to your username as it is listed in the email as it may change from your actual email address.
Shelbynext is a secure system. Your basic information is available only to those with ShelbyNext access from Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church. The privacy of your information and records are important to us.

Update Your Contact Information
Go to My Details to verify the information we have for you is correct. If not, feel free to make any necessary changes to your birthdate, address, phone, email, password, and picture (if preferred).
To View Your Contribution History
From Mobile Devices: Go to Giving. Your most recent giving details are immediately available. Select “Full giving history” to see more.
Computer access: You are able to view your individual donations and request an instant statement to filter your donations. Going forward you won’t have to wait for a contribution statement to be sent to you. You’ll be able to print your own!
If you received the error “No users with that username/email were found” please fill out our Membership Form with your most current information so that we may update our records.
